How does the CRM (Contact Collection) feature actually work?
They tap, fill a short form, and their details land with you instantly.
Business cards have always been one-directional — you hand someone your details, and getting theirs back means asking them to type it into your phone, hand you their own card, or connect on LinkedIn later. SmartCards' CRM (Contact Collection) feature makes it two-way: when someone taps your card, they can fill out a short form with their own name, number, and email, and it lands with you immediately.
There's no app for them to download and no account for them to create — the form appears in their browser the moment they tap, the same way your profile does. It's only collected if they choose to fill it in; nothing is captured automatically.
For events, conferences, or a full day of meetings, this replaces the pile of paper cards or the string of 'let's connect on LinkedIn' messages you'd otherwise have to chase down afterward.
Built-in CRM
Whoever taps your card can share their contact details back in seconds — you collect leads through a built-in contact exchange.
