Does SmartCards track how many times my card has been tapped?
Yes — tap activity is available from your account.
Every tap or scan of your SmartCard is available to you from your app.smartcards.ng account, so you can see that your card is actually being used — useful if you've handed it out at an event or given a batch to a sales team.
This is separate from the CRM (Contact Collection) feature: tap tracking tells you your card is being used; Contact Collection is what actually gets you the other person's details, if they choose to share them.
None of this requires anything from the person tapping your card — they just tap or scan and land on your profile, the same as always.
